Biography:

Olga Grishina was most recently the Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Strategic Planning and Program Management at the Department of Economy of the Tomsk Region Government. Her area of responsibilities includes program management and strategic planning implementation instruments. Olga was involved in the transition of the State Programs' management and was the author one of the first regional laws in Russia about regional strategic planning. She will focus on design and implementation of international programs in the field of sustainable economic development in order to identify the best practices. Olga earned a Diploma with honor from Tomsk State University in the field of State and Municipal Management.
