Executive Education is renowned for its customized training programs. We regularly deliver short-term, non-degree executive development programs for government and non-profit organizations. These programs are usually developed for a single agency/organization, but are also opened up to multiple organizations to expand the network of those participating. Typical programs run anywhere from two to six weeks.
Our principal training goal is to provide outstanding educational opportunities for professionals who wish to improve specific skill sets while learning about the latest innovation and research that is occurring in their field. All professionally designed programs include leading experts in the selected subjects, interactive teaching methods, excellent facilities, and top-notch service from Executive Education staff.
Lectures and Seminars – Executive Education taps leading scholars in the world and the School’s extensive network of senior professionals to introduce new ideas, in a memorable way, to program participants.
Case Studies & Simulations – Executive Education utilizes Maxwell’s extensive database of cases and simulations and/or develops new cases and simulations that assist program participants process specific issues relevant to the training at hand.
Online Components – Executive Education creates online components to provide access to material and lectures that prepare program participants and allow them to make the most of their training program. Online components are also used as a follow-up to a program. A few programs are offered entirely online.
Site Visits - Executive Education designs site visits to provide first-hand practical knowledge of operational issues in various sectors and levels of the U.S. government. We also partner with our international network to develop site visits abroad.
