The Geographic Information and Analysis (GIA) lab supports research and teaching in the various fields of spatial information and analysis. The lab houses 10 Dell Optiplex 760 computers equiped with Intel Core2 Quad CPU@2.83GHz, 4 GB RAM, and 19" Ultra sharp monitors. The installed software includes Windows 7 OS and a variety of software applications for instruction and research. Available peripherals include: color laser printer, 36inch HP DesignJet 1055 CM color plotter, and scanner.
The GIA lab is accessible to authorized users 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and is located in Eggers 014.
If the printers in the lab run out of paper, please contact the Geography Department office (144 Eggers Hall).
