Grant Development Guidelines from the Syracuse University Office of Sponsored Programs

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) assists all members of the University community with the submission of proposals for external support of research, creative, instructional, and service activities. OSP is responsible for assuring that submitted proposals conform to sponsor guidelines and University policies, and if funded, that projects comply with sponsor requirements and applicable University policies and procedures.

OSP Service Guidelines

Please consult the institutional guidelines for service and submission of proposals by the Office of Sponsored Programs, including timelines for the review of draft proposals, creation of budgets and submission of the required Internal Routing and Review form (IR&R).

OSP Contacts
