Bonham Award 2014 Ellen Moore

This year’s recipient is Ellen B. Moore, who ranks as the top student academically of our 140-member IR major graduating class. She has combined her major in International Relations with a major in Policy Studies. Her geographic area of concentration is Africa, and her topic concentration is Intercultural Communication.  She studied abroad through our SU SIT World Partner Program in Cape Town, South Africa, where she conducted research for her IR HONORS capstone project, “Accessing Justice, Evaluating Agency: Women’s Perceptions of Police Services.” She is an SU Remembrance Scholar and has just been named a Syracuse University Scholar, so is one of the top twelve undergraduates in Syracuse’s Class of 2014.  She will be working with the NGO Nourish International after graduation.
