METHODOLOGY

Employing a variety of methodological approaches - including lectures by engaging experts from the Maxwell School and practitioner community, group discussions, self-assessment, hands-on exercises, case studies, individual study, and opportunities for professional networking - participants will gain enhanced understanding of critical issues surrounding the art and science of leadership of Transnational NGO's  in a complex global environment.
