PhD candidate Strother paper on policy reform published in London School of Economics blog

Logan StrotherLogan Strother, a Ph.D. candidate in political science at the Maxwell School, investigated how Congress is influenced into passing certain reforms by looking at two reforms to the National Flood Insurance Program. His paper, "Congress’ U-turn on flood insurance reform shows that lawmaking power can very quickly go from free rein to constrained," was published in the London School of Economics U.S. Centre's daily blog, American Politics and Policy. 01/04/17
