In his new role, Tracey Gray ’02 M.P.A. is responsible for brand communications, public relations, digital media, employee communications and public affairs. His work helps support the company’s work in advanced sensors, training, and cyber and software solutions.

Julie Caperton ’92 B.A. (Hist), who is also head of wealth client solutions for wealth and investment management at Wells Fargo, will help lead APIA Scholars as they seek to ensure all Asian and Pacific Islander Americans are able to access higher education regardless of ethnicity, national origin, or financial means.

Nart Bouran ’89 B.A. (IR) has been appointed the chief executive officer for International Media Investments, a private investment company. In this new role, Bouran will lead IMI’s efforts to increase its portfolio overseas.

As superintendent, Thomas Farrell ’89 B.A. (IR) will be responsible for overseeing the district’s daily operations and developing long-term plans alongside the Board of Education. 

Margaret Bower ’96 M.P.A. has been named an associate principal at Dewberry, a civil engineering firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.

Deborah Feldman ’82 M.P.A. is the president and CEO of Dayton Children’s Hospital, a role she has held since 2012.

Mark Katz ’90 B.A. (PSt) has been named the executive vice president and general counsel of the Ryan Specialty Group, a Chicago-based insurance firm. In this new role, Katz will lead the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions. 

In her new position, Rachael Silbar-Voorhees Orose ’09 M.P.A. will help Words Alive fulfill its mission to expand opportunities for reading among at-risk populations, while also expanding the community of supporters and volunteers involved with their programming.

John Selman ’92 M.P.A. is currently vice president of national security programs for LMI, a management consulting nonprofit working to improve the business of government headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

In this new position, Cristian Nuno ’17 M.P.A. will help develop better analytical protocols through Python and R statistical tools, and by increasing the efficiency of SQL queries. Previously, Nuno worked in education as a data science instructor for the Flatiron School in Seattle. 

Stephanie Pasquale ’94 B.A. (PSt)/’97 M.P.A. has been appointed as director of neighborhood engagement at the Allyn Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization working to improve the quality of life across Central New York. In this new position, Pasquale will be the Allyn Family Foundation’s liaison with the City of Syracuse, working closely with the Syracuse Housing Authority on large scale affordable housing projects.

Kathleen Stress ’08 M.A. (PA) has been appointed the executive director of the Onondaga Community College Foundation. In her new position, Stress will oversee the foundation’s programming and outreach, while helping develop plans to attract philanthropic support for Onondaga Community College activities. 

As a member of EXL’s senior executive team, Maurizio Nicolelli ’90 B.A. (PSc) will be responsible for the company’s financial and operational leadership. EXL focuses on helping increase client agility to improve their profitability through outsourcing and offshoring.

Susan Schnitzer ’91 B.A. (Econ/PSt) has been named the president and CEO of the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI), a nonprofit that advocates for and supports immigrants, refugees and survivors of human trafficking across Connecticut. In her new role, Schnitzer will help CIRI grow and diversify.
