Alumnus joins specialists in international real estate investment
Artyom Perevedentsev ’10 MA (Econ) has been appointed to
the International Investment Group of BNP Paribas Real Estate, an international
real estate provider.
In his new role, Perevedentsev will focus on expanding hotel
investment opportunities into cross-border and other alternative markets. Based
in London, Perevedentsev will
focus on investment opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Founded in 1963, BNP Paribas generated just under one billion euros in revenue
in 2018 and has commercial real estate operations in 32 countries around the
world.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Perevedentsev had spent
time in the hotels industry with Eastdil Secured, YOTEL, and EuroCapital
Bulgaria AD. In addition, he worked in finance for UniCredit Bank Austria,
Diversified Wealth Strategies, AXA Advisors, and UBS Investment Bank.
