Bifulco, Schwegman research accountability‐driven school closures

Bifulco_Schwegman"Who Benefits from Accountability‐Driven School Closure? Evidence from New York City," co-authored by Robert Bifulco and PhD student David Schwegman, was published in the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management. The study examines the effects of accountability‐driven middle school closures in New York City on students who likely would have entered a closed school had it not closed, as well as on students attending the closed school when closure is initiated. 04/17/19
