Bostwick,-RebeccaRebecca A. Bostwick (‘04 MPA) has been selected as a Health Leadership Fellow by the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York. Bostwick is the program director for the Maxwell School’s Lerner Center for Public Health Promotion.

The 2014 class of fellows consists of 42 diverse, highly skilled leaders from health organizations across western and central New York.  The 18-month fellowship is designed to improve critical skills through individual leadership development, academic and team support, and executive coaching. In addition to four to five retreats spanning two to three days each, fellows will meet monthly in small teams and develop a collaborative inter-organizational project.

The 2014 class of fellows were competitively selected by Health Foundation board members and local health and leadership professionals. The selection criteria consisted of leadership ability, the support of the nominee’s organization, and the potential benefit of the program to the applicant’s organization and community. After completion of the program, fellows continue collaborative work as members of the Fellows Action Network. 04/22/14
