Marvin Lender '63 BA (PSc) honored for entrepreneurship, philanthropy

Syracuse University Life Trustee Marvin Lender ’63 BA (PSc) was recently named to the Baking Hall of Fame by the American Society of Baking. His father, Harry, started his original New York Bagel Bakery in 1929 in the 400-square-foot backyard garage of the family home in New Haven, Connecticut. Through the stewardship of Marvin and his brother Murray, the family business became an iconic food industry innovator. Read more
