Steven J. Mitchell ’90 BA (Econ) brings almost 30 years of financial advising experience with him as he joins Procyon Partners, a financial management firm headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, as a new managing director.

Procyon Partners is an independent, employee-owned financial management firm and affiliate of Dynasty Financial Partners. Founded in 2017, Procyon Partners provides fiduciary advising to institutions and retirement plans and personal wealth management services for individuals and families. Procyon Partners currently manages over $3 billion in total assets. Mitchell will join the Procyon Partners’ New York City office as a managing director where his client specialties will be institutional consulting and personal wealth management.

Prior to joining Procyon Partners, Mitchell served as managing director of wealth management, as well as a Pinnacle Council and Pinnacle Circle member at UBS, where he worked for twelve years. He also served as a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers.
