Qualitative Data Repository wins NSF grant

Elman, ColinThe National Science Foundation has awarded $120,000 to support QDR, part of the Moynihan-Institute-based Center for Qualitative and Multi-Method Inquiry that is co-directed by Colin Elman, associate professor of political science in the Maxwell School. DR is a dedicated repository for storing and sharing data generated or collected through qualitative and multi-method research.  The $120,000 grant brings the total level of NSF support for QDR to over $743,000. lman is the principal investigator on the grant. The grant’s four co-PIs are: Diana Kapiszewski, Georgetown University; Michele Lamont, Harvard University; Howard Turtle, Syracuse University; and Lisa Wedeen, University of Chicago. 05/02/14
