Rosenthal study cited in The New York Times
In "A New Housing Boom? Don’t Count on It," an article that investigates various changes in the housing market, the article's author cites "The Boom, the Bust, and the Future of Homeownership,"
a paper co-authored by Professor Stuart Rosenthal, to argue that
"uncertain forecasts of attitudes toward investing in homeownership"
would suggest long-term declines in prices of existing detached
single-family homes, because they are costly to manage as rentals. 01/29/13
