Senlet made partner at law firm Barclay Damon

Ekin SenletEkin Senlet ’08 JD/MAIR has been elected a partner of Barclay Damon, a regional law firm operating throughout a series of offices across the Northeastern United States and Toronto.

Senlet, who has worked with Barclay Damon since completing her degrees at Maxwell, focuses on regulatory issues in the energy industry across New York State. She often appears before the NYS Public Service Commission. Working with electric and gas utilities, pipeline companies, and generators, Senlet assists clients with permitting, energy production, zoning, and property tax issues. She also represents cable and telecommunications companies, assisting them with mergers, management and operations audits, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon as an associate, Senlet was a summer associate with Hiscock and Barclay. She also has worked as a legal intern with the Syracuse Corporation Counsel and as a sales and marketing associate for Proctor and Gamble. In addition, Senlet holds an international law certificate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
