Veterans at Maxwell

Continue to Serve

Continue your passion for and dedication to public service. Earning a master’s degree in Public Administration or International Relations or a Certificate of Advanced Study at the Maxwell School will provide you the background and context to continue to continue to serve; continue to lead. Graduates dedicate themselves to leading government agencies, nonprofits, NGOs and in the private sector all over the globe.

We are proud supporters of the GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon campaigns and would be honored to have you join our ranks of public service professionals from around the globe. Syracuse University is honored to be selected as one of the 15 University Partners of the Tillman Scholars program, which supports active-duty service members, veterans and their spouses with academic scholarships, a national network and professional development opportunities.

Ryan Gross enrolled in Maxwell’s public administration program as the University’s first Tillman Scholar. Gross plans to use his MPA degree to build upon the leadership and decision-making skills he gained through his career and to hone his policy development expertise.
