The Maxwell Community in DC

EMIR in DC students are full members of the Maxwell community, a worldwide network of devoted professionals united by their commitment to service in the Maxwell way: to leave the world a better place than they found it.

Maxwell's Washington Center endeavors to create a strong bond between Maxwell's academic departments on campus, our professional programs at CSIS, and the Washington alumni community.

We habitually sponsor events that bring both students and alumni together, and we serve as a hub for students and alumni seeking employment in public and international affairs and hoping to network effectively with peers in the Washington area.
