This simulation explores a hypothetical 6-party international negotiation focused on the defense of nations, distribution and control of renewable and finite natural resources, sustainability, freedom of navigation, and international law in the disputed territorial waters in the South China Sea. The simulation may be conducted at three varying levels of negotiation difficulty such that instructors can easily tailor the simulation to focus on negotiation, international relations, and/or geographic contexts.
