Uğur Altundal received his M.A. ('15) in Government at Georgetown University. He has a B.S. ('11) in Political Science and Public Administration, and a B.A. ('13) in Philosophy as a double major from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He worked as one of the editors of the Journal of Democracy and Society which is biannually published by the Center for Democracy and Civil Society (CDACS) at Georgetown University. At Maxwell, Uğur pursues a Ph.D in Political Science majoring in Political Theory and Comparative Politics. His main interests include democratic theory, political legitimacy, and multiculturalism.
