• New York State Assembly Internships: Offered spring
semester. The NYS Assembly Internship program offers students valuable career experience for those interested in public policy and legislative politics. Interns receive a comprehensive academic program, a stipend for their work, and can apply up to 9 (of 15 total credits) to the PSC major.
• Maxwell-In-Washington Semester: Offered fall and spring
semesters. This program puts you in the midst of some of the most important institutions, processes, and policymakers in the world. Students work as an intern for three or four days a week and take courses with Maxwell professors who work in the policymaking community. PSC majors may apply credits earned
through the Maxwell-in-Washington Semester to the PSC major via a petition.
