Janet Coria is the administrative assistant in the Sociology Department. She has worked at the University for 26 years; 12 of them in Falk College Marriage & Family Therapy and 14 in the Sociology Department. She has a B.A. degree in sociology from LeMoyne College and is a lifelong resident of Syracuse. She is responsible for the department budgets and for scheduling classes. She works closely with the graduate students and assists with admissions, submitting TA and fellowship information and degree certification. She assists with faculty searches and part-time instructor postings. She has two children and two grandchildren and is a huge Syracuse basketball fan.
