"The Temporal Roots of anti-Semitism and Its Impact on the Arab-Israeli Conflict." Professor of Communication and Rhetorical Studies at the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University, Amos Kiewe will explore the origin of anti-Semitism in Christian theology and its usage in Islam to ground modern and contemporary anti-Semitism. Professor Kiewe will take a rhetorical perspective to argue the case and consider the possibility that anti-Semitism has complicated discussions about the Arab-Israeli conflict.
