Cyber at NATO: The Operational Domain Challenge

Siim Alatalu (G'06) is an INSCT alumnus of the CAS in Security Studies Program, who now works as Head of International Relations at INSCT partner the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Center of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia. He will discuss how to address and operationalize the pledge from the NATO Warsaw Summit that cyberspace has become an operational domain for the Alliance.
