"Resolving Conflict Over Climate Change By Getting the Facts Right" Conflict in international relations can be reduced to the extent that there is an agreement on the facts of a given situation. Nowhere is this more important than in terms of climate change, where national interests can easily lead to conflict. The job of providing credible agreed facts has been given over, for the last 20 years, to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. But who are members of the Panel and do their procedures lead to a realistic agreement on the facts? Research at Maxwell is providing some of the answers.
