The partnership between key societies' stakeholders can contribute and help people overcome poverty through combined corporate social iniatiatives, social and business entrepreneurship programs. How these partnerships contribute to build strong democracies, fostering economic and social stability in developing countries will be explored via the experience in Venezuela and other Latin American countries. Enrique Rubio is an EMPA candidate with an interest in public policy and social development with a focus on utilizing social capital in order to build stronger communities through entrepreneurial activities. He is a founding partner and president of a management consulting firm whose focus is on non-profit and social and economic organizations.
