Colonel Geoffrey D. Stevens was selected as an Army War College Fellow at the Syracuse University Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism from 2011 to 2012. He is an experienced practitioner of national security, serving as an officer in the Army for 23 years, specializing in the fields of Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device operations as well as Joint and Interagency operations.”
