Christopher Skaluba is the Principal Director for European and NATO Policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Previously Skaluba served in the Policy Planning and Homeland Defense offices of OSD. Skaluba earned a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School.
