"Medicaid as an Investment in Children:  What is the Long-Term Impact on Tax Receipts?" - Prof. Kowalski's recent research explores the impact of the 2006 Massachusetts health reform with an eye toward the likely impact of the 2010 national health reform, focusing specifically on hospital care, labor market outcomes, and adverse selection in the individual health insurance market. She is Assistant Professor of Economics at Yale University.
