MERC presents: A Special Session of the Russian Language Table

Dr. Kaminskaya will speak about the Russian city of Novgorod and discuss higher education in Russia. Presentation and discussion will be a mix of Russian and English.Elvira Kaminskaya is Head of International Academic Programs at Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University.  She is visting Syracuse University as part of the Fulbright Russian International Education Administrators Program.
