"The Italian Job: The Abolition of Article 18." Tod Rutherford, Professor of Geography at Syracuse University Maxwell School.
Dr. Rutherford will discuss his research on Italian work and employment reform policies. His research analyzes the implementation of employment protection policies that were established within Italy while he conducted primary fieldwork in the region. He will focus specifically on the abolition of Article 18 and the reform efforts established to reform Italian employment protection legislation.
