The Chancellor's Work Group on Diversity & Inclusion is hosting two back-to-back workshops for members of the Syracuse University community to come together to envision the policies and programs needed to address incidents of discrimination, microaggressions and patterns of marginalization on our campus; to create safer spaces for historically and currently marginalized students, faculty and staff in our diverse communities; and to help build a climate of mutual respect and support for one another, to move the University toward a more diverse and inclusive climate for all members of our community. Facilitated small group discussion where all have a chance to participate and suggestions will be collected to forward to the Chancellor.

We’re Turning 100!
To mark our centennial in the fall of 2024, the Maxwell School will hold special events and engagement opportunities to celebrate the many ways—across disciplines and borders—our community ever strives to, as the Oath says, “transmit this city not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.”
Throughout the year leading up to the centennial, engagement opportunities will be held for our diverse, highly accomplished community that now boasts more than 38,500 alumni across the globe.
