Friendly Fire: What public administration can learn from the conflict over the Oosterweelconnection-highway in Antwerp

Eva Wolf is a visiting scholar working with Professor Tina Nabatchi.  She  will present the results of her PhD project, and explain both how the conflict over the Oosterweelconnection escalated, as well as her preliminary thoughts about how conflict can be dealt with in more productive ways.
