Wilbert van der Klaauw is a Senior Vice President in the Microeconomic Studies Function at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York who will discuss his study, "Echoes of Rising Tuition in Students’ Borrowing, Educational Attainment,and Homeownership in Post-Recession America”
