The first annual Otey Scruggs Memorial Lecture will be given by Johnny Smith, Ph.D.; Julius C. "Bud" Shaw Professor of Sports, Society, and Technology; Assistant Professor of History, Georgia Tech. He will be presenting "Fists of Fury: The Revolt of the Black Athlete and the 1968 Olympics."
