Stuart Gabriel is Arden Realty Chair, Professor of Finance and Director of the Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA, Prof. Gabriel will present his paper titled: “A Crisis of Missed Opportunities? Foreclosure Costs and Mortgage Modification During the Great Recession” with Matteo Iacoviello (Federal Reserve Board) and Chandler Lutz (Copenhagen Business School).
