John Hamre, President and CEO of CSIS will present "Citizenship: How Governing is Changing."

The changing nature of governance requires a greater need for stronger intersectoral and intergovernmental relationships. Dr. Hamre will explore what that means in terms of public service and an ethos of citizenship.
