Join us on election day for a round table discussion with a selection of faculty from the “Power, Capital, and Politics” area. Speakers will discuss the present political moment as it relates to the study of labor, race, class, gender, and the environment. Speakers include Prof. Cecilia Green, Prof. Rebecca Schewe, Prof. Gretchen Purser, & Prof. Edwin F. Ackerman. To mark our centennial in the fall of 2024, the Maxwell School will hold special events and engagement opportunities to celebrate the many ways—across disciplines and borders—our community ever strives to, as the Oath says, “transmit this city not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.”
