Please join Syracuse University Los Angeles for a conversation on sustainability. Enjoy a reception with fellow alumni, and then join in a discussion and Q&A with Maxwell School Dean David Van Slyke and Associate Professor Saba Siddiki.
Dean Van Slyke and Associate Professor Siddiki will share their perspectives on topics including the adoption of sustainable behaviors and technologies – including the impacts of environmental policy, consumer interest, and broader economic, social, and technological factors.

To mark our centennial in the fall of 2024, the Maxwell School will hold special events and engagement opportunities to celebrate the many ways—across disciplines and borders—our community ever strives to, as the Oath says, “transmit this city not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.”
