This is a conference call hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations.
The Academic Conference Call series provides the opportunity for students across the country and around the world to participate in an interactive conversation with a CFR fellow, Foreign Affairs author, or other expert. Calls take place every other week during the fall and spring semesters and are dedicated to a wide range of international affairs and U.S. foreign policy topics. Background readings are distributed prior to each call, and the audio recording is posted online afterward.
The speaker for this conference call is Elizabeth C. Economy, C.V. Starr Senior Fellow and Director for Asia Studies, Council on Foreign Relations.
