The Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) is hosting a panel discussion and Q&A on the war in Ukraine from the PARCC perspective. Panelists will discuss historical influences, regional democratization, security and economic sanctions.

Sabina Schnell, assistant professor of public administration and international affairs and faculty research associate at PARCC

Robert B. Murrett, Vice Admiral in the U.S. Navy (ret.), professor of practice of public administration and international affairs and deputy director of the Syracuse University Institute for Security Policy and Law

Kristen Patel, Donald P. and Margaret Curry Gregg Professor of Practice in Korean and East Asian Affairs and professor of policy studies

Louis Kriesberg, PARCC founder, professor emeritus of sociology and Maxwell Professor Emeritus of Conflict Studies
