Bio
Margaret has been director of the Humphrey Fellowship Program at Syracuse University since its inception in 2008. She is also assistant director of Executive Education Programs at the Maxwell School where she administers the E.M.P.A., E.M.I.R., and certificate of advanced study degree programs.
She facilitates and leads numerous partnerships with NGOs, universities, governments and organizations supporting U.S. and international midcareer education for the public, private NGO sectors. She has served as an applicant reviewer for Fulbright, Open Society Foundations and Schwarzman Scholars.
Previously Margaret served as assistant director of alumni programs for the Maxwell School where she developed domestic and international alumni programs for the school.
