While studying public policy analysis and political science at Ohio State University, Sarah interned at the U.S. Department of Education for the National Center for Education Statistics, the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, and the Ohio Department of Education. She also worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Research on Poverty after starting her master's program at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sarah is now a Ph.D. student in the Department of Public Administration with concentrations in social policy and public finance. She is interested in research questions regarding the areas of education, governance, and equity. Sarah is working with Professors Robert Bifulco Jr. and Amy Ellen Schwartz.
