Professor Emeritus William Banks was interviewed for the China Daily articles "Repercussions expected from impeachment" and "2 impeachment articles filed." "For those who believe in the rule of law and the importance of constitutional norms, his impeachment is nonetheless important because it upholds and reinforces the importance of those norms," says Banks, adding that it is impossible to know the immediate repercussions of impeachment for Democrats in November's election. 12/12/19
