Nicholas Oesterling is a Ph.D. candidate in the Public Administration and International Affairs Department. He works in the Center for Policy Design and Governance and the Program for Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration with Professors Saba Siddiki and Tina Nabatchi.

His research focuses on collaborative governance and policymaking as well as policy design and implementation. His work has been published in Policy Design and Practice and the International Journal for the Commons.

Prior to joining the Maxwell School, he earned an M.P.A. and a B.A. in economics from the University of Dayton.
