2023 Syracuse University Commencement

Syracuse University Commencement is an all-university ceremony where Syracuse University Chancellor and President Kent Syverud ceremoniously confers degrees. Maxwell alumna Donna Shalala G’70, H’87 will deliver the keynote address.
All graduating students must register to indicate their intent to participate in the 2023 Commencement ceremony and confirm an estimated number of guests.
Registration information will be used to estimate total attendance for planning purposes. The ceremony takes place in the JMA Wireless Dome. There this no limit to the number of guests you can bring. You will not need to re-register or update your guest count if plans change.
