Heeju Jung

Heeju Jung is a Ph.D. student in the Public Administration and International Affairs Department at the Maxwell School. Her research focuses on collaborative governance, environmental policy, public organization and management, and public values, with particular interest in evaluating collaborative governance performance at the state government level. 

Before joining Maxwell, Heeju was a Washington Sea Grant Hershman Fellow at the Puget Sound Partnership and previously worked with the nonprofit Citizen’s Action Network in South Korea. She holds a B.A. in German culture and political science from Sogang University and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington.
