COMPAS - Inclusive Governance Conference

The First Annual Inclusive Governance Conference (IGC) is a full-day conference engaging issues of race, ethnicity, disability inclusion, and gender diversity within the workplace. The conference will seek to answer a central question: What can managers in the public sector do to prepare for an increasingly diverse workplace and foster work environments that celebrate diversity and multiculturalism, and eschew bias and prejudice?
