Public Diplomacy Symposium

The Public Diplomacy Symposium—free for all SU community members—will be composed of three panels: gastro diplomacy (i.e., food diplomacy), educational exchange and sports diplomacy. Panels will consist of experienced SU staff and faculty and will be moderated by SU graduate students in each panel's respective field of study.

Panel 1: Gastrodiplomacy (11:00 am-12:00 pm)

Break: catered lunch (12:00 pm - 12:45 pm)

Panel 2: Educational Exchanges (1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)

Panel 3: Sports Diplomacy (2:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

We’re Turning 100!


To mark our centennial in the fall of 2024, the Maxwell School will hold special events and engagement opportunities to celebrate the many ways—across disciplines and borders—our community ever strives to, as the Oath says, “transmit this city not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.”

Throughout the year leading up to the centennial, engagement opportunities will be held for our diverse, highly accomplished community that now boasts more than 38,500 alumni across the globe.
