The goal of this webinar series is to gather insight and scholarship through domestic and international comparative studies with common threads to help reform and improve property tax administration and design in the U.S. and other countries facing similar problems.
During this webinar, Jeremy Moulton (University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill) will present “When Do Property Taxes Matter? Tax Salience and Heterogeneous Policy Effects.” The discussant will be John Yinger (Syracuse University). Yusun Kim (University of Connecticut) and Bin Peng (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) will provide additional comments following the discussion.
